Phelum Software

This site was hosted by Exetel using the free space provided by the ADSL plan I was using. However, over the years as part of their plan to provide "an improved service", Exetel dropped the personal web space feature, and the helpdesk facility, and the forum, and then sold out to Superloop and then announced the end of the e-mail service.
There is also phelum.net (hosted by Host365, then Hosting Australia, now my local server) which is my new site that I set up so I could offer site hosting and be able to maintain the DNS entries for my clients' sites. Finally, there is home.phelum.net which runs on my home PC. This home site is a good test-bed as I can configure Apache exactly as I want.
